Responsibilities for project management contracts listed include design (if applicable) and complete project management including hiring of all field personal including but not limited to Project managers, Superintendents, Quality Control and safety managers.
Renovation project of an existing aircraft hangar to modernize/consolidate current aircraft general purpose shops and offices within the facility to provide adequate space for their operations, including all electrical/water/HVAC necessities are met for the type of equipment to be utilized to repair/maintain of the aircraft units.
A 2-phase project requiring coordination with FAA and Government officials to not interfere with daily operations of the air base.
"The work includes the construction of a Fixed Ground Control Station Facility (FGCS) in compliance with ICD 705 standards."

New construction of a 11,830 SF masonry Aerial Port Facility, including include shop space, warehouse space, offices, loading docks, asphalt paving for parking & driveways, utility connections, security fencing, security lighting and exterior site improvements (landscaping, grading and drainage, exterior signage) with vehicular access to the flight line and base supply.
